Kim Son in Houston, Texas

During my recent trip to Houston with my family, we visited Kim Son, the only Vietnamese buffet in town. I highly recommend going there with an empty stomach as there is so much food to choose from. I was able to taste a little bit of everything! The soup station was particularly impressive, offering over a dozen different Vietnamese soups. I tried the pho, bun reiu, and egg pork noodle soup. Additionally, there was a street food section with a variety of grilled meats. In the middle of the restaurant, they had a variety of dim sum, stir-fries, spring rolls, summer rolls, and many other dishes. Don’t forget to save room for dessert and specialty drinks as well! Overall, the food was delicious, and we plan on returning the next time we visit Houston.

Biloxi, Mississippi

Here’s a great date night idea close to home for those of us in South Alabama, and the best part-this is an adults-only restaurant. We love our kids but it’s nice to enjoy a night out with the hubby.

Check out Infinity Buffet in Biloxi, Mississippi! It is located inside Treasure Bay Casino on 1980 Beach Boulevard in Biloxi.

It’s the perfect place for date night because it’s an adults-only restaurant

They feature Dungeness & Snow Crab every day and whole lobsters on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

You can relax and enjoy the view overlooking our sparkling pool and tropical deck.

The infinity buffet offers an endless selection of dishes, featuring Crab Legs for Lunch and Dinner! They also have specialized serving stations which include hearty soups, salads, seafood, pasta, carved meats, and a tempting array of desserts.

Scottsdale, Arizona

Last October, my husband and I had the pleasure of spending some time at the wonderful Scott Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. This place has it all-views of the breath-taking Sonoran Desert, amazing food, and lots of activities on the premises.

Scottsdale is a destination filled with art, food, outdoor adventures, and a very cool vibe that is definitely “for” everyone.

We also spent some time at the amazing Boulders Resort and Spa, when you have golf for the hubby, and the spa for me, you really can’t go wrong! Check out my pics below!
