Ingredients:
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
Sticky Glaze:
- ½ cup of sweet chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mix all over the chicken thighs for an even coat.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer.
- Set the temperature to 375°F and cook for 15 minutes. Flip the chicken halfway through. For crisper skin, cook longer on the skin side.
- While the chicken is cooking, in a separate large bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce.
- Baste the chicken with the sauce and continue cooking for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
- Serve over jasmine rice and sliced cucumber.
